How to get started

Step One: Submit your requestList Item 1
Whether you've designed something yourself or utilized a platform such as patreon, heroforge, thingiverse, or myminifactory, submitting your request is easy! Simply send us an email to printedrealms3d@gmail.com.
Please include the following info with your email:
- Attached .stl or .obj file(s). Zip the file, if necessary.
- Number of models and scale
- Primed, and if so, what color? (See below for colors we currently offer)
- Shipping address/ Billing address
- Phone number
- Any additional details or requests.

Step Two: Receive, review, and approve your quoteList Item 2
Upon receiving your request, anticipate a complimentary quote within 24-48 business hours. If we require any additional information while drafting your quote we will reach out to you via phone call or email. Our quotes are itemized, providing full transparency on the allocation of your funds. Once your quote is in hand, kindly review it and give your approval so we can being the next steps. All quotes are valid for 7 days, ensuring ample time for consideration.

Step Three: Invoice and PaymentList Item 3
Upon receiving your approval, your quote will be converted to an invoice And sent to your email address provided. It's worth noting that items will not ship until payment is received. If you require additional payment options please contact us. For your peace of mind, all transactions are securely processed through PayPal, ensuring a safe and reliable financial transaction. Your trust is our priority, and we're dedicated to making every step of the process secure and seamless for you.

Step Four: Printing and ShippingList Item 4
As we bring your order to life, please allow a window of 7-14 business days for completion, excluding shipping time. Once your order is finalized and payment has been received, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your package. Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground, but if you're in a hurry, let us know when submitting your order request for expedited options. We offer nationwide shipping, covering all states in the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.
